Our Service allows users to create listings for pickleball courts and facilities. Please be aware of the following regarding user-generated content:

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the information you post, including addresses, contact details, and photos of facilities.
• Information you submit about public facilities will be made publicly available to all users of the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
• While we strive to maintain accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted content.

Transfer of Data
